How do I get my past question?

All customers should note that all past questions from this site will be sent to them in a PDF format through the email that was used to place the order.

How long does it take to receive your past question?

For customers who pay using their ATM card, they get their past question immediately when their payment is complete.

For customers who pay using transfer or at any bank branch, they get their past question sent to their email address when their payment has been confirmed by us.

How do we know that you have made payment using Bank transfer?

Once you place an order via our bank transfer payment option, your name, email address and phone number is automatically sent to us and you order status changes to hold. When this happens we keep checking if any payment has been made from the name you used to place the order. Once you make payment from an account bearing your order name, we approve your order and the material you paid for now gets into your email.

What if I used a different bank account to make the payment?
